Donna Davies


Donna started her Pilates journey over 10 years ago and has attained qualifications with both Polestar Pilates and Pilates International and is currently completing a Bachelor of HSc in Naturopathy. She uses the Pilates method for specialised rehabilitation, to help improve the performance of elite athletes, pre and post natal care and for general fitness and body maintenance.
